Our Eco Tasar Collaboration consists of a partnership with the Eco Tasar silk workshop in rural India, whose mission is to create sustainable livelihoods for women through local, community-based work. Offering exclusive pillows and throws made of raw silk and cotton that is spun into yarn, this collection is sure to brighten up your home.

Eco Tasar has 16 years of experience empowering tribal families of Jharkhand by creating wage opportunities in the Tasar silk value chain. Through our collaboration, we support equipping local people with the technical, organizational, negotiating and networking skills that facilitates fulfillment of their goals. With each purchase of an Eco Tasar product, you help to conquer economic poverty and enhance the livelihood capabilities of these artisans and give them access to sustainable income-earning opportunities. Tasar, which is often referred to as "wild silk," is a naturally produced silk that has a multitonal look and subtle texture. This collection features decorative pillows in patterned and solid styles to suit your preferences. Two-toned pillows are perfect for a color-block look while solid pillows can be used to instantly update any room. The patterned silk pillows in this collection feature geometric prints in neutral and vibrant colors so you can match an existing design or create an entirely new style. Keep your Eco Tasar pillows looking gorgeous by properly caring for them. Pillows in this collection that are made from 100 percent cotton can be spot cleaned with a damp white cloth. Make sure to blot to remove excess water and then air dry to maintain shape. For silk Eco Tasar pillows, it’s best to dry clean to preserve the integrity of the fine threads.
